This is my second time going through progressive and it's the same thing. First month goes as planned. Second month comes along and oh we made some adjustments and now your new rates with a 200$ addition to the one you actually agreed to. I will find a new insurance company asap.

Provided care to clients is insufficient and poor quality. They leave client who need medical care alone without service or notifying client, staff is disrespectful and non professional. PRS doesn’t follow clients care plan provided by Summit pointe and guardian. Tried contacting to create a solution in care and the management suggested for client to switch care provider. The quality of care is heart breaking knowing some of their clients with intellectual disabilities don’t have someone to advocate for them against the quality of care they receive.

They have the most CHILDISH manager I've ever had to deal with. She held my check for a whole week then tried to mail it after I told her to hand it over she still tried to hold on to it. After contacting the office she eventually had to hand it over. I don't know how she is even a manager. Rachel STUCKS !!!
