This agency is very unprofessional and unethical. On several occasions I tried contacting them about the services my parents were not receiving and the problem was never resolved. Their HHA workers are trained to clock in and do as little as possible as to the extent as to leave the elderly home alone while running around to do their own personal errands. If I or my parents asked them to please do something she would say leave it for the weekend help or just never did it. I believe this is truly a way of manipulating the elders with intimidation to feel as if they were worthless and not meaningful.Don’t trust this agency nor their poorly trained staff.,Be careful whom you leave with your parents and always find the time to speak and watch over the duties they have to provide. Thank goodness my parents insurance eliminated them from their plan!

Very bad service, office staff doesn't have courtesy at all, administrators is the same, se tapan unos a otros el mal trabajo, no admiten quejas y si llamas mucho se molestan.
