Terrible service they can never find a HHA that speaks Spanish. They give you a hard time for everything. They only want do send therapist to charge the insurance. They are incredibly bad, instead of helping you out then make your life worse. My parents suffered because they needed an HHA. They had their therapist and everything, but they didn’t have an HHA and they needed help with their duties at home and they never found anyone who wanted to work, their HHA’s are the worst. They never want to do anything. All they want do is just go and look at the Clock , chat on the phone and leave 5 or ten minutes before . Avoid avoid avoid!
