This is a hard home health agency to get in touch with my sister is with this agency and for the last week no one has been there to help her she can't go to the restroom by herself she can't cook any meals for herself but I guess this company doesn't care

Premier Home Health sent caring and capable companions/CNA caregivers so my friend could stay in her home and for adjusting to her needs as things changed. A special shout out to Elizabeth, Mary, and Keesha that communicated with me so that she had optimal care/staffing during the day and early evenings. Also, thank you to Alisa for coming on the day we called and beginning care two days later! Wow, that was so amazing and needed! I know the weekends and evening hours are harder to staff and I appreciate the ladies that worked those late/early hours-Daphine, Brittany, and Sheritta. Although we didn't get to spend as much time together, I grew confident in the Premier employees to take care of my friend. Thank you for all your care, professionalism, and teamwork! Pam Dawn

I am currently with this agency and in the process of leaving them. They allow nurses to call out 10mins before their shift and even some nurses do no shows. They done sent more than 10 nurses to train as a back up but they never show up when you need them. They care more about the nurses than the families. Communication is beyond horrible. The only nurse I have that is reliable, is the nurse I brought with me from a previous company. These people wouldn’t even last working in a hospital. Please save yourself sometime and choose another agency.
