I had an outstanding experience with this home care company. The level of professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail truly stood out. The caregivers were not only highly competent, but they also treated our family with genuine kindness and respect.

I've had a home oxygen concentrator from Preferred Home Health, aka Lincare, for just short of a year now, since lung surgery. I had used them in the past when I lived in Lakewood, also. They had (I was told) transferred me to the Berthoud office last year (which for some reason doesn't show up in Google), which serves Longmont. Up until recently, I was able to get through either to Chris in the office or to someone through their main national number. Not so for the last several weeks. Almost three weeks ago, I got through the main number and ordered several canulas and a service call. NOTHING has arrived. I've left messages at BOTH Berthoud and Lakewood. I've tried calling the main number several times, and the last time, the wait time was 111 minutes! Seriously? I'm sorry, I can't wait on hold for over an hour and a half! And no option for a call back. Add to that, I didn't receive a bill this month. I am sending them money anyway, just to be safe, but really? I can't even report that to them, and you'd think they'd want to know! And, to top it off, I tried to set up an account in their portal, and it doesn't recognize my account! Yet, I can see that they are still listing my Lakewood address, where I haven't lived for almost 5 years! What the hell is going on with this company? Have they shut down? Has AI taken over? I'm going to call my insurance company and report them and am writing reviews, hoping someone in the company contacts me. Is anyone else having this problem all of a sudden? I will also be reporting them to my doctor in the morning to see if she has any other suggestions.

My wife and I have great care and compassion from Preferred Care at Home . The caregivers have a positive and professional attitude about their job and the way they treat us in our home ! We have had Sharon and Tressa doing their jobs. They are very good! We wanted everyone to know that! We are very thankful to have them in our lives!

I’ve had great experiences with Preferred Care At Home. They have helped me find caregivers who meet my needs and my schedule (I’m somewhat of a night owl, and mornings are extremely painful for me until I do all my stretches, massages, and all my topical pain relievers kick in) and prepare me for my 18th and 19th orthopedic surgeries. Jenny, Chrissy, Christina, Angie and Piper are all great caregivers whom I have had the pleasure of working with, ones whom I can tell love their jobs and like working with people. I hope I am able to keep the services of Preferred Care, because before I had them, I had no life. Chronic pain steals your ability to have a social life, especially when you have no family and few friends around to help. Now that I have help with grocery shopping, prepping food for my anti-inflammatory diet, and keeping my house clean, I actually have energy to see friends every once in a while. That’s a great feeling and a great thing that Preferred Care has given back to me.

I just wanna say I’ve been getting home health for six years. I’ve been with numerous companies and Preferred care at home, is by far the best I’ve had and I don’t ever wanna have to go anywhere else and don’t intend to as they really strive to meet all my needs. Also, I’d like to comment on two care providers that really go beyond the expectations and one of the Care people is Jenny and another is Tina and they both make you feel as though they really care and strive to meet all my needs and do whats best the represent Preferred Care at Home. Sincerely, Tommy Klender
