Lived there 14 months ago beware of Prarie villan I fell and was awaiting shoulder replacement surgery and my sidekick Marley would go out by himself never bothered anyone and came back in just like others there dogs did well I got evicted Heather is beyond anything I've dealt with before I'm 63 years old never had one problem with landlord and still don't at the senior place I am now and it don't matter if your in right eviction court is set up run like the rest of America u will loose if your 100 percent in the right because the big companies is corporations run the court I had photos of others dogs out without leash time stamped and they weren't having surgery to replace there shoulder this place if your considering it beware because it isn't Prarie villa it's Prarie villan if they decide they don't like u and bye the way thx u I ended up in Bernice Hutchison apartments no problems and havent in 63 years ( except for this place)what so ever the management is awesome and Un biast unlike your community clique I see someone added remark on my review are u saying what I said isn't true I have photos of other dogs roaming on the campus I'd love to share by the way the dog was my neigh or next door I didn't say anything till I read u said it could of been stray and if your saying I didn't fall I'd love to have the doctor that did the surgery 2 weeks after u forced me out so if your going to try and spin it another way be truthful and I'd say my credibility speaks for itself only prarie villan in my 62 years I've ever had any problem with and the day I moved out Heather came and called police when all I was doing was trying to get out and the officer asked her what do u want me to do there trying to get his things and leave I didn't hear her reply but when she left he walked up and shook his head and thanked me for not escalating it what ever she called them for was false I have the report from them coming and she should of been cited for false report now if you Wana dispute this I'll mail u a copy of the officers report on the call after the fact just please let me know and it's not that my story changed its I forgot to add I had my shoulder replaced spin how u want and I showed you photos of others dogs roaming is it Prarie villas policy to enforce rules on one or all just look at your reviews half the tenants back what I'm saying about management !!!

Her dedication doesn’t go unnoticed, and it makes such a difference knowing someone like her is looking out for the people who live here.<br><br>Brandon, the maintenance man, is just as impressive. He’s quick, reliable, and takes real pride in his work. Anytime there’s an issue, Brandon is there in no time with a solution—and always with a great attitude.<br><br>Together, Heather and Brandon foster a true sense of community. They recently organized a 4th of July BBQ, which was not only thoughtful but brought everyone together. I just read a review from a daughter of 1 of the residents here at Prairie Villa. It was very harsh. I live at this complex I have been around most of the residents I have been around the manager a lot I have never heard any negativity or yelling at any elderly. I have seen her help, advise. She has rules to up hold to. I personally believe the complaint made is a angry person for some reason. It is best to complain face to face with the person involved. This type of negative of disrespectful to her, Key Management and further residents. 😒

The area and apartments are very cute and nice for a person to live in that is looking for a small tidy personal however the office staff is horrible and yells at the elderly and does not do anything to assist in any sort of need that the tenants may need.<br>I have personally seen her yell at these poor disabled elderly. Also she is unwilling to listen to anyone including her tenants about anything whether positive or negative.<br>She makes herself conveniently unavailable and when You are able to speak with her she is rude and treats you like you are less of a person.<br>Therefore cute little apartments however poor staff management I would not advise anyone to move in due to management and elderly abuse and neglect.

This place used to be good until the new management took over. As a person who has a family member living in this establishment, I am deeply concerned. For one, they didn’t put any salt on the pavements or shovel the snow, which is a BIG safety concern considering there was 4-6 inches of snow. Secondly, they do not allow the residents to use the rec area or building where the laundry room is and where a lot of people go to interact with others throughout the days. The new management is lazy and rude; they do not have any respect for the people living in the place. If you have family here you might want to ask them their thoughts.
