- 1,000,00….Stars (If I Could Give) 🤬<br><br>If I could give this facility zero stars, I absolutely would!!!!!!<br><br>My grandmother was admitted to Pleasant Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center for rehabilitation after a fall. She was doing well when she arrived, but instead of improving, her condition declined significantly under their care.<br><br>She developed severe sores, and her personal hygiene was neglected. Her laundry was returned soiled with feces, which was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable. No family should ever have to witness their loved one being treated this way.<br><br>The state has been notified, and a complaint has been filed. I truly hope an investigation is conducted so no other family has to experience what ours has.<br><br>The ratings for this facility are very misleading. Please don’t rely on stars alone—visit the facility yourself, ask questions, and pay close attention to how residents are treated.<br><br>Healthcare professionals take an oath to care for people with dignity, compassion, and respect. Sadly, that was not our experience here. It is heartbreaking to see vulnerable people treated with such neglect.<br><br>I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Please think carefully before placing your loved one here. They deserve to be treated with kindness, dignity, and the quality of care they need.
