This is a horrible facility. My grandma was discharged here after a 3 week stay at the hospital. The first night there i was there with her for dinner. They served them pasta with chopped onions no sauce or dressing just dry noodles. The rooms are really small and honestly should not have 2 people in them. The facility needs alot of work. Cords hanging from walls with tacks. No separate closet space have to share with roommate. Paint peeling off the walls holes in the ceilings. A resident in the hallway on her bed not in a room. My grandma was supposed to be in oxygen and they never even put it on her. They put her in a wheelchair even though she can walk with a walker. Nursing staff rude and not caring to the residents. Memory care is a locked unit when asked for them to come let me out they just hollered out the code while residents were standing right there. When you ring the doorbell to enter the facility they do not come to the door they just unlock the door and say come on in. They dont ask any questions. The nurses station is down the hall and around the corner many opportunities for someone to do something bad before they see them in the event a cruel person decided to do something to a facility like this one. If could give negative or no stars I absolutely would!!!!😡😡😡😡
