I met with Darlene last Saturday, the marketer at Playa, while exploring care options for my loved one. Although we chose to bring him home, Darlene was patient, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate, even working on a Saturday.

She took the time to answer our questions and reassured us that we could always return if we needed help. That gave our family real peace of mind.

If the rest of the staff is like her, I would feel very confident placing my loved one here.
