Reflections on Plantation Oaks A Testimonial of Care and Compassion There are times in our life we will have to make decisions for our aging parents. These are moments of sadness and difficult decisions to make. These staff a Plantation Oaks are the best. They are very friendly, respectful, and have your best interests in heart. Their care is superb. The facility is clean, activities for the residents, and nutritious food. My mother has been there for a year and looks awesome with the regular care and attention she is receiving. Highly recommend this place.

This assisted living facility provides inadequate and concerning care, especially for residents in memory care. The hallways are dark, smell unpleasant, and the resident rooms are smaller than dorm rooms. The environment feels neglected and depressing. The facility does not employ nurses or CNAs, which means residents are unable to receive even the most basic medical attention and daily care they need. Many residents appear to be declining while living here, and there is little concern shown for their health, dignity, or quality of life. Do not place your loved one in this facility. It is clear that management is more concerned about collecting money than providing compassionate and proper care for residents. I was very disappointed with my family members lack of care and dirty environment at this facility.

My wife and I had to put my sister in law into the memory care. The nurses and staff do so much interacting with her and every day they take her out for a walk and do crafts,dance etc.I cannot explain how happy and pleased we are with the care she’s getting. it is a great facility and my wife and I highly recommend it.

Plantation Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care has been an incredible place for my mother over the past three years. The administration and caregivers consistently provide services with such compassion and respect, making the residents feel truly cared for. The food is excellent, and the variety of activities offered keeps the residents engaged and happy. The facilities are always impeccably clean, which speaks volumes about the dedication of the staff. One of the most reassuring aspects is the consistency in staffing. Seeing familiar faces every day brings comfort and stability to the residents, to their families and it reflects the strong leadership at Plantation Oaks. I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care my mother has received in Plantation Oaks.

My mother has been here for two years... and it is by far the best assisted living facility in the region. I’m a nurse, and a tough critic, but the genuine caring and exceptional cleanliness of this place is second to none. I would recommend Plantation Oaks to anyone looking for a home away from home for their loved one.
