My mom is here as a resident, like the facility they just did a total remodel. Just like every where we have our ups and down with some staff but overall love it here they take good care of my mom and always keep me updated on her health

My dad was released from the hospital and transferred to this center about 3 weeks ago . Simone who is assigned to my dad ' s case ,is always very friendly,helpful compassionate and always willing to answer all our questions and concerns. She ' s very passionate about the well-being of her patients. She ' s truly God's send . The staff is also wonderful and welcoming .They also have a calendar with lots a fun activities for their patients. Thank you for a great experience and taking such great care of my dad.

My Mom was here for two years. Some ups and downs but a good caring staff. Clean updated rooms which are very nice. Simone and Beverly were always very helpful and greatly appreciate Them. We the family will Miss Plantion Nrusing Home.

My 95 year old mother broke her right arm and her doctor recommended this location for recuperation and rehab. The room was clean, for meals breakfast and lunch were good. Service the day crew that work Monday-Friday had experience and very willing to help. I cannot say the same with the night crew nor weekends crew. Most were very rude and not helpful. I called the nurse station to find out about my mother on many different dates and times and calls went unanswered. The 2nd good thing was the physical therapy was very well done. I will not recommend this location for patients very injured that require special care all day.

My 98 year old Aunt was sent to this facility from the hospital for rehab. She received PT and OT every day as well as over all care under the guidance of the social worker, Simone. She was an outstanding asset for our family while my Aunt was there as well as transition Ally upon her release. We could all benefit from more people like her to aide and guide us during these stressful moments in our lives. The management always had quick response to any and all issues as well. Thank you all for the work you do
