My dad needed occupational and physical therapy as well as medical care after being in the hospital. We were undecided where our father would go. We chatted with Zack. After talking to him and his patient answers to all our questions, we picked Pioneer Healthcare in Rocky Ford. BEST DECISION EVER! Pioneer was considerably larger than I had thought. They cater to various needs and provide two distinct residential buildings that have been renovated, offering clean and spacious accommodations. Additionally, they offer physical therapy and occupational therapy. Our aunt is not a resident but goes to Pioneer for her physical therapy needs. The staff were friendly, exceptionally genuinely caring, and professional. You can tell that they love what they do. What we noticed most, though, was that the residents at Pioneer were happy, with staff high-fiving residents down the hallways, families visiting, eating together, having game days and nights, church & music, and more. The residents also had alone time if they wanted. We extend our sincere gratitude to the nursing, physical, and occupational therapy teams, as well as the dedicated staff responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Pioneer facility, the culinary team, and the discharge planners. We are thankful for the exceptional care provided by Pioneer. We highly recommend Pioneer Health for your family member. We suggest consulting with Zack prior to making your decision.
