My grandma has been staying here on hospice and her experience has been so so. some nurses can be very rude to visitors, A handful of nurses i overheard spreading rumours and gossiping about certain visitors like little high-school girls unbelievable! The service is VERY VERY VERY slow. most the time you have to wait 1 hour plus to receive or get an awnser to anything you want. my grandma had asked for some butter for her dinner and it took them over an hour, another. time she was in alot of pain and it took the nurses over an hour to get her pain medication all that time my grandma had to sit there in pain. as i mentioned the nurses are rude if you are not a resident although some are freindly it really seems some days here are hit or miss. But i would recommend looking elsewhere before coming here.

This review is only for the admissions.department, I called over two weeks ago about some questions and never received a call back. I have tried calling again today and left message as they don't pick up and still no call. I do know the rest of the facility is not like the admissions department. Admissions needs some extreme attention.

Care was excellent! The CNA’s were friendly and attentive, the nursing staff efficient and explained things in a way my mom could understand. The therapy team was encouraging and worked with my mom in obtaining her goal of returning home safely.
The food was great! The selection better than anticipating for a rehab center. The staff made accommodations for my mom’s particular needs.
Also I appreciate the text messages from the team about changes etc.
Lindsey is amazing and I appreciate how she cares about the residents.
Based on my mom’s experience, I highly recommend!
