Employees don't get paid much. Many of them are to busy with talking with each other. And having many cigarettes breaks. Patients need more interaction

My great grandmother is there but I'M DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY WITH THE CARE SHE IS GETTING she calls the nurse once a day to get in bed but they don't show up at all and knowing her she does it herself because she's been independent and private most of her life.
