The Staff at Pine Ridge is Great! The facility is top notch. The residents seem very pleased. I visit my neighbor there on a regular basis and I am always impressed by their attentiveness, cleanliness and great attitudes throughout. 5 stars all day long!

My mom and dad live there and everyone there. It's so wonderful. They take such good care of them. They're caring and kind and compassionate. And I'm really happy that my parents. So there and safe The nurses seem so nice there

I stopped by to see my Mom. She was well dressed, neat and clean, and eating her dinner. My mom seemed comfortable and relaxed. I thank the great staff at Pine Ridge for helping my Mom thru this latter stage of her life.

We are grateful that Pine Ridge Extended Care is in Pagosa Springs. My dad, Jack, needed rehabilitation after being in the hospital. The staff at Pine Ridge is excellent! We so appreciate the housekeeping, kitchen, and nursing staff, clear up to the administrator. Everyone was wonderful. We want to especially thank Savvy the social worker, Nurses Mary and Kim, CNA's Ray and Virginia, Bobbie the housekeeper, OT Haley, and PT Kristy. Every single staff member was so helpful and kind. Thank you all so much, we are thrilled to have my dad back home again.
