I have been to many rehabilitation centers when I was a scribe for medic coding assisting a nurse practitioner and I saw how many of those facilities were very understaffed and not well maintained. Pine Grove Health is top notch clean and staffed. Also, one of the nurses in the hallway was super friendly and guided me in the right direction when asking for who to speak to if I wanted to bring food for my grand uncle. The charge nurse who helped me provided me with everything I needed to hear and also made me feel welcomed. I cannot wait to go back to visit my grand uncle with some good foods.

Thank you Pine Grove staff! Thank you for your professional help and heartwarming care. I am so impressed with how well everything is managed here : admission process, physical therapy, transportation to visit doctor, updating her medication list, making arrangements to transit to assisted living, etc. Everyone is knowledgeable, responsive, patient and friendly. On behalf of my mom and my family, thank you!

I must say, I am EXTREMELY impressed with the staff at Pine Grove! The care given to their clients is truly incredible. I know that my auntie is in good hands here. The staff is not only very knowledgeable. They care about their patients. My auntie had an anxiety attack the first night there. The staff kept super close eye AFTER they had managed the symptoms. They made sure throughout the night that she had no reoccurrence. Also, I was able to witness the patience and empathy they had with a client that was missing their home/family. For this and many other reasons I give a thunbs up. ALL THE WAY U P!!

Great! Currently doing my clinicals and the care they give is wonderful! Alot more cleaner and better teamwork than I’ve seen in other SNF. CNA, PTA, LVN, RN, and all the other members of health care team are amazing.
