I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Ana, who greeted me with such a warm, cheerful, and welcoming tone that I could hear the smile in her voice. She then connected me with Ms. Virginia, who patiently answered all of my questions and even provided additional information that addressed questions I hadn't thought to ask.<br><br>I left the conversation truly impressed by both the level of customer service and the wide range of services they offer. The staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely kind. I look forward to referring everyone I know who could benefit from the excellent services provided here. Highly recommend!

We began working with Perry Lee 2 or 3 years ago when our daughter began receiving support from DBMD. It can be a very overwhelming process, but Virginia Trevino works hard to support us and walk us through everything. She is a wealth of knowledge and does an exceptional job of communicating and is always super prompt with a response to any questions we have.
