You never want to place your loved one in a facility but in the event the need arises, as it did with my mother, PRCC is amazing. It is incredibly clean and the staff is outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my mother. They are very attentive to All of her needs. I am so grateful to have this facility in Andrews.

I tried to get my mother with dementia placed there and Rhonda demanded $5000 upfront. Plus they were no help in dealing with Medicaid, which is a nightmare. The place was dirty and I watched an eldearly gentleman fall, while taking a tour. I grew up in Andrews, and the hospital should be ashamed the way this facility. The only thing they were concerned was getting there hands on a 88 year old women life insurance which is nothing.

The care provided here is the absolute best. The staff is very involved and go out of their way to be helpful to the residents and their families.

This place is a very caring facility. My mother was a resident there for 18 years. I would have not wanted her any other place. It's perfect.
