Pembilier Nursing Center

Pembilier Nursing Center is a skilled nursing facility with 37 beds located in Walhalla, North Dakota. The center also operates North Border Estates, a 16-unit independent living community within the same campus, allowing residents to choose the level of care and independence that suits their needs.
