Working with Amber Anderson during the placement process at Pelican Pointe for my grandma has been a wonderful experience.<br><br>Amber is one of the most caring, loving, and kind individuals I have had the pleasure of working with.<br><br>She has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure my grandma is well cared for, supported, and loved.<br><br>We cannot thank Amber enough for everything she has done.

Pelican Pointe is an amazing facility for your loved ones! Almost from the moment my brother moved in, he connected with the staff! They are kind and caring to the residents and their families at every level throughout the facility. Ron was quite happy with how he was treated and the freedom he experienced. About 2 months after he moved in, he suddenly transitioned into end of life hospice care and within a week, he passed away. During that time, the administration and resident care staff displayed great kindness and tender care for him and for us as his family! They would frequently check on him and me and take his hand and hold it even though he was unresponsive much of the time! They were quick to support me with hugs and kind words! I felt so BLESSED to have experienced time there and came to see that what makes them stand high above all of the others is their expressive compassionate hearts and I will always be grateful!

The team at Pelican Pointe was very professional and engaged when I called to look for a place for my mom. They asked a lot of questions about her which made me feel good and it felt more person centered. I would definitely recommend Pelican Pointe to anyone looking for a place for their loved one!

I come in several times a month to visit a few dear friends who have lived here for years. The support of Amber Anderson has always been outstanding. Amber always has a smile and if I have a concern she is always there to listen and get the support we need.
