We are extremely grateful to the staff at Pebblebrook at Park Springs. They have taken excellent care of my mom. Mom had to return after a stay in the hospital. The entire staff welcomed her with open arms and was there for our family as well. The staff genuinely cares and works with the family to meet the needs of their loved one. Robel, a part of the maintenance staff, helped us move in and was extremely helpful and kind. He also went the extra mile to hang my mom’s pictures and was willing to help in any way needed.

The daytime care partners in the memory care unit are extraordinary. They are sensitive, intuitive and responsive. They are understaffed and need more help. My sister waited 47 minutes to go to the bathroom because she needs 2 care partners in order to transfer safely. There was only 1 available. The care partners felt terrible about it and it was extremely upsetting to my sister. The food is very good. I wish there was a way to give my sister a fresh plate of food instead of a microwaved meal plated over an hour ago. Its especially difficult to bite/chew when the meal is bread-based (sandwich, biscuit). All professional staff in the memory care unit are very responsive when a problem arises. I am so thankful my sister is in such good hands during this challenging period of her life.

This a beautiful property. Our loved one is in respite care, and there is not a lot of other people for him to interact with, but it is immaculately clean. The staff is wonderful and his nurse (Joy) is outstanding.

This place is incredible! My mom is 91 years old and when she came here she couldn't turn herself over in bed. She is now walking on her walker, feeding herself and has her smile back. The staff is wonderful. Everyone working together to create a home like community for the members!
