My brother was there over a year ago and I wasn't impressed one bit. The staff are VERY nice... PROFESSIONAL....<br>That being said.... Visited there back then in pulling into parking lot I immediately saw a person handing something to another person through the window of a patient's room! These days, especially since there are a lot of active addicts that need your hip replacements etc so often times security needs to be tightened up a bit

My mom was at Pawtucket Falls for recovery and we had no idea what to expect, but we found a group of caring people, my mom loved all of them because they felt like family. She had a wonderful experience and that made us more at easy knowing they took such great care. Social services were top notch explaining everything to me and giving me guidance and from the director to janitor services all took pride in doing a good job. Thanks Pawtucket falls.
