The Patriot Home Healthcare of Lancaster,SC has been a Godsend in the care that they continue to provide me in nursing and physical therapy at my home. Sandra and Brittany have identified through their thorough visits that has kept this 89 years old man on the road of recovery after surgery. Their continued care and presence has been so helpful and appreciated as they check my vitals to ensure that my health and heart are functioning, and they asked about my medication and Dr. visits keeping an electronic record of my health history.<br>The Patriot physical therapy is exceptional in bringing my physical wellness through a personalized exercise program to fit my ability to improve my condition in a careful way without injuring myself. Again, a record in how I’m doing is kept and reviewed with Shelby on progress is going in the right direction.<br><br>You may tell how thankful I am by my review as I couldn’t be more pleased in their compassion, kindness and respect and am delighted that we found each other and believe me I am the fortunate one! Wonder group of people. Horry County is fortunate to have such a great group of folks caring for those at end of life. We have used Patriot for 5 different family members. Every single time, it went above my expectations.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Patriot Hospice has been a blessing to my family from day one. I have a loved one on palliative care and one on hospice with Patriot. I’m blown away by the wonderful care Patriot has given. David, Travis, Kevin, Lisa, Carla, Jeanette, Amanda, Jennifer-Everyone has been fantastic. Thank you to the staff of Patriot Hospice and Palliative Care. I see why they were named Best of the Grandstrand. They ARE the BEST! God bless all of you.

I have been trying to get help for my mother (a Patriot patient) since late March. After weeks of unanswered texts to two staff members and a detailed email to leadership in late April, I have still not received a single phone call back. Four specific commitments were made to me by Patriot staff regarding therapy reinstatement, CLTC status, caregiver assistance, and a patient advocate. None have been followed through on. The lack of follow-through and communication from this organization has been deeply disappointing during an already difficult time. I hope other families ask very specific questions about accountability before enrolling a loved one.
