A family friend could no longer live at home alone as he got older, so he was a resident here in his final years. I cannot say enough positive things about this place, the environment, staff, and most of all, the quality care he received. They treated him just like he was part of their family. I highly recommend this place and its services for anyone who is looking for care for themselves or loved ones down the road!

Very friendly attentive staff, nurses , and administration. Rooms with roll in shower and large bathroom, facility is clean neat .

They discharged my mother today and we’re not clear on what medications she needs. I called to ask for clarification and no help at all. These medications keep my mother alive and they would not help. If you care about your loved one, do not put them in this facility. They are very short staffed and can not provide the care they should be giving. Can’t even rate this place one star. Find a different facility if you care about your loved one.

What a wonderful facility, if you or a family member requires a short term or long term facility this is definitely the place. If they don’t have a room you can also try their sister facility Community Place on Spillway. My husband has stayed at Community Place last year and this year he’s a patient Parkway Health and Rehab. The facility is very clean, the staff is the best I’ve seen from Nursing, Nurses Aides, Therapists, Food Service to the Administration! The meals are excellent my husband is a picky eater and has not complained once about the meals. The nurses are very tentative to my husband’s health and monitor him often. Housekeeping, laundry and Nursing Assistance have completely have my appreciation. Therapists are on top of his weakness and work at building his strength up so he’ll be able to come home. Administration check in to ask if there’s anything that he needs often. I can’t say enough of this outstanding facility and their entire staff nor, thank them enough for the great care they give my husband.
