Wish I would have looked at these reviews before a loved one was placed here. 4 years ago someone said they had bed bugs well they are still infested with bed bugs and from speaking with some locals and residents they’ve never taken care of the problem properly to get rid of them. They just spray the beds and put a mattress cover over it and call it good. There is no quarantine, there is no moving the resident, there is no cleaning the resident and making sure they have clean clothes, there is no follow up to ensure all stages of life have been destroyed. We now have a loved one with multiple bed bugs bites that this center is claiming is a heat rash. Staff stated “they just had pest control in there and the bugs should be dead” you would know if they were dead if you were cleaning the beds of your residents. Don’t put your loved ones here they will be neglected, yes having bed bugs and not resolving the issue is NEGLECT!
