I had a wonderful experience. I had total left hip replacement and not only did my rehab go well, I was pushed to exceed my own expectations for my healing and rehabilitation. I thought my body was fully functional with only my hip needing help but my Occupational Therapist taught me new ways to safely perform every day tasks. My Physical Therapist worked with me and my body to teach ways to exercise and strengthen my leg and hip. I have progressed from wheelchair to walker to cane. Both of these professionals taught me how to push through the pain while being careful and cognizant of my physical limitations. I am so close to walking normally that I look forward to that break through moment when I take normal steps. One by one. Thank you Pet and Rinnie for all your hard work resulting in my great success. The sixth floor residences were unique in that there were so many people with warm hearts and a real desire to provide a positive caring relationship with me. Nurse j walker was such a funny and caring nurse. Unit Manger Donna is very competent and skilled. My healing involved a lot of medical attention which was handled by the doctors, but especially my nurses Leeza and Nyesha. And I can not say enough about my nurse technicians Angela Graham and Molly Smith who gave me real care in some of the most basic ways. I know that there are many more whose names I have not mentioned but their efforts on my behalf were appreciated equally as well. Brittany and talisha were very informative . Dee dee was one of my favorite therapist

Both PT Sean and OT Kat starting 4/29/2026 have provided expert therapy using a professional approach with good humor. Along with physical improvement, their outlook on life provided me with a daily lift and much motivation. I appreciate all they’ve done for me! Pictures before starting therapy and after receiving therapy. LaTonya social worker is outstanding! Within less than a day was able to activate my release date working with multiple departments to coordinate my release approval. She’s very professional and personable. Great attitude. 5-star rating in my view!! Angela Graham, CNA from the 6th floor, performed with unending energy in providing kind care with much experience. Angela responded rapidly to my every request and need. Friendly and with warmth, she provided support and helped me keep up my spirits!

Sapphire is the example of what a CRN should be, especially in her direct patient care of which she excels. We know that when Sapphire comes through the door thar everything will be handled to perfection. This is from a simple changing to restocking our supplies to dealing with our laundry. Sapphire does it all...and does it well. She is so gentle when changing or bathing. She never rushes and makes sure we are completely comfortable when done. She never loses patience with us for some things like asking for a cup of coffee during breakfast rush, help me fix my TV, or I dropped my remote for the 5th time today (which is the one that would fry me!!!!!) She never changes her sweet helpful attitude. She's like having my own personal nanny who is a 10 out of 10. You need more Sapphires. And that's definite. 1

The care and physical therapy our father received here was wonderful. Our father is not the most pleasant person to care for but all of the staff treated him with respect and professionalism and he progressed well. Big shout out to the wonderful care team on the 2nd floor and to physical therapists Peter and Everett. Highly recommend this center for rehabilitation and skilled nursing.
