Just spoke with Meschelle the wound care nurse. Amazing coordination between the Podiatrist, Wound Care Doctor, and Wound Care Nurse. Each time she calls Meschelle is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and has a calm confidence. Meschelle explains the condition, plan, what she has checked and what will be followed plus answers my questions fully. I’ve been a Nurse for 44 years with many years in supervision. This is absolutely top notch Nursing care and my family is very appreciative! Thank you for your time evaluating, treating, facillitating , calling, and teaching. Exceeds my expectations!!

Anita Kabarenzi is an outstanding CNA at Park Place Nursing & Rehab. She has been truly instrumental in my father’s rehabilitation journey, providing consistent care, encouragement, and support throughout his recovery process. Anita is warm, friendly, and attentive, and she makes both the patient and family feel genuinely welcome and supported. From my observations, she goes beyond simply doing her job—she shows real compassion and takes pride in the care she provides. Her dedication reflects in the way she motivates my father to do better each day and ensures he is treated with dignity and respect. Although my Dad is still in recovery, however, I feel the need to express the support she has been providing my Dad thus far. I would highly recommend Anita Kabarenzi to anyone seeking quality, compassionate care. She is truly an asset to her team and to the families she serves.

My family had a wonderful experience with Park Place Nursing and Rehab. From the very beginning, Faith, the concierge, was absolutely amazing. She made it clear we could reach out to her anytime, and she truly meant it-always responding promptly and going above and beyond to help us. There were so many other positives as well. Debra and Ronnie made activities fun and engaging for the residents. One day I called my mom and she told me she couldn't talk because she was "at the races," which made us laugh and reassured us she was staying active and enjoying herself. The food was good, and every staff member we encountered-from the nurses and CNAs to the therapists, social workers, and front desk team-was excellent. Most importantly, my mom consistently said she loved everyone there, which gave us so much peace of mind. We truly couldn't be happier with the care and compassion shown at Park Place!

I had the pleasure of meeting Raphael, who personally went to pick up my grandmother, Ethel Blackmon, from Cambridge and safely bring her to Park Place for rehabilitation. From the moment we connected, he took the time to ask thoughtful questions and gather meaningful information about my grandmother as a person—not just relying on hospital notes. That level of care and attention truly meant a lot to our family. I would also like to sincerely thank Stephanie in Admissions, who helped make everything come together. She played an important role in starting the process and helping navigate the transfer from Cambridge to Park Place. Her guidance, coordination, and professionalism helped make what could have been a stressful transition much smoother for our family. When I say I am absolutely pleased with the top-tier care and service they have provided, I truly mean it. Words can hardly describe the comfort and reassurance we have felt during this transition. It is incredibly difficult these days to find exceptional care where people genuinely take the time to understand and support your loved one. I would also like to recognize Ms. Luarice, the charge nurse caring for my grandmother. She has been very efficient, attentive, and proactive. She took the time to inform me that my grandmother’s blood pressure was elevated this morning and was already addressing the issue while administering the necessary medication to help bring it down. That level of attentiveness and communication reassures our family that my grandmother is being closely monitored and genuinely cared for. I also want to acknowledge Carol at the front desk. She has been so polite and helpful. In fact, every staff member I have spoken with thus far has been kind, professional, and respectful. The professionalism, compassion, and proactive communication from the team Ms. Nikki, Stephanie in Admissions, Raphael, Ms. Luarice, and Carol—have made all the difference for our family. Knowing that my grandmother is in a place where people care beyond the paperwork gives us tremendous peace of mind.

My mom has been at Park Place Nursing and Rehab for almost a week now, and I truly could not be more pleased. Every single staff member we’ve encountered has been kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. This morning, Sadelyn was my mom’s aide, and she did an amazing job, my mom had a fresh shower and looked so good. It brought me so much peace to see her so well cared for. I also peeked in on the rehab program, and they are running a fantastic operation. It’s clear that they are intentional and invested in their patients’ progress. This place has been a pure blessing for our family. I am so thankful to Jesus for making a way for my mom to be here. From the aides and nurses to the front desk staff, intake team, and concierge, everyone has been excellent. I plan to learn more names because every person here deserves recognition for the incredible work they do. I am deeply grateful for Park Place and the care they provide. - Vanessa
