Family experiences at Park Manor are sharply divided. Those who praised the facility highlighted dedicated staff members, particularly in dietary and wound care, and noted improvements in residents' conditions through nursing and physical therapy. However, many families reported serious concerns: inconsistent care quality across shifts, insufficient rehabilitation support for short-term residents, poor communication from management and social services, lapses in basic hygiene (clean towels, bathing), and safety incidents including falls. One family wrote, "there are some great workers...they are the only reason why I stayed," yet multiple reviewers questioned whether individual staff efforts could overcome systemic management issues.

My husband has been at Park Manor since October 2023. I’m not sure if people fully appreciate the amount of work that goes into working in a nursing home. I am thankful for and appreciate the time, attention and hard work the managers, administrators, nurses and CNA’s do, that help my husband and respond to my requests. I have seen people get better there because of nursing and physical therapy. Starting with the weekend and after hours receptionist, Gervan, who is so helpful and kind and always has a warm smile and a kind word. Randa, The full-time receptionist who does a little bit of everything. She is remarkable and has a heart of gold. The business office manager Denise is so sweet and extremely helpful! Too many CNA’s and nurses to name (that work hard and care). The amazing, Caring and patient physical therapist team who are very welcoming when I have questions. The speech therapist, Amayia, goes above and beyond! She’s always helpful, attentive, and caring. The hard working, dedicated shower aides! The Director of Nursing, KiKi, who is patient, listens and takes action. Her door is always open. The Admissions team include the very kind Elizabeth and Kristy who have gone out of their way to help me! They always have a welcoming smile on their face will take time to help anyone. The Administrator Craig is very professional and caring. The dining head, Martha ~ Too nice to describe. She goes out of her way to give personal attention to all the residents, and this place would not be the same without her. The entire staff in the kitchen are also extremely nice, helpful and try to accommodate everybody. The activities team, I believe consists of actual angels, Who keep everybody happy and looking forward to daily activities and field trips! Not to forget to mention the wonderful housekeeping and laundry angels. Debbie, the Social Worker, is about as hard working person I've seen, with constant interruptions. She’s always helpful and pleasant. Her door is always open to the residents and she’s everybody’s friend. As much as my husband wants to be here and I want him to come home-I know for him, he is home. My husband’s sister and nephew came to visit him from New Jersey today. They told me that Park Manor appears to be a very nice place. His other sister is in a nursing home in New Jersey and they said there’s no comparison, and they have been to several in New Jersey.
