For folks 55 years of age and older who are seeking an independent living rental in the East Bay, Park Glenview Apartments is a good choice. The rent is reasonably priced, the location is excellent, the facility is secured, the view from several of the apartments is scenic, the rooms are well-designed and in good repair. For those who want access to public transportation, one couldn’t live in a facility with better options: transbay access and local bus access about 100 feet from the front door on the V and 33 AC Transit bus lines, and a couple of very short blocks away from the NL and 57 bus lines. The facility has a parking garage, but sometimes new residents will have to live here for a bit before a parking space becomes available for them. In addition there is available street parking. The apartment complex has an exercise room with an exercise bike and a treadmill, a community room where residents can gather for conversation, games, and a once-a-month popular film. There is a comfortable deck on the second floor with a scenic view looking out towards the East Bay Hills. And thankfully, the complex is a pretty quiet place to live.
