I had an emergency appendectomy over the weekend and the staff members were phenomenal. Very caring and knowledgeable. A special thanks to Surgeon Dr. Slattery, Dr. Ruzicka, ARNP Markie Sargent, nurses Sara, Mic, Laura and Carissa and everyone else who assisted. It was a scary situation for me and they were pros:) Thank You PACHS!

Whole family has the flu. No appointments at the respiratory clinic witch is where we where told to go. And not the ER. But I call and get my daughter who is running a 103 temp an appointment and they tell me to have her breastfeeding infant come with her. Then when she gets there they only allow her in...... Not happy

I was a little apprehensive when I had to switch from Mayo clinic to a clinic within Iowa due to insurance. I first had a female provider that that was ill and was asked to switch to Dr Jason Patton who was new to PACHS. Reluctantly, I agreed since I hadn't had a male provider in many years. I have to admit, it was a great switch and have absolutely no regrets. Dr. Patton is younger, knowledgeable, forthright, and truly interested in the patient. He doesn't rush you in and out just to stay on time. He takes the time to listen to you and any and all concerns. As for the other nursing staff, I have always been treated with respect and kindness. They are not judge mental and always friendly. The radiology department should be commended, as well. They are always friendly, explain procedures thoroughly, and very professional. The whole PACHS experiences have been nothing but top notch in healthcare. To those that rate it lower stars without anything to say to back up the low ratings, why even bother with the rating? I'm hoping to continue to see Dr Patton and his team and others in various departments. Keep up the standards of excellent care you provide

Dr. Patton is a great asset to the community. He is very knowledgeable and caring. The ER staff and the nurses on the floor go above and beyond with their care, even during a pandemic. I can't say thank you enough for the care I received.
