I have a family member living in this facility. From what I can tell, it's clean, modern, and secure, which is what you want in such a facility. The staff was friendly and accommodating for our visit. Some of the hallway seemed a little dark, but I know they are remodeling some of the rooms, and this may be as a result of that. The house looks to be in good repair with some outdoor grounds as well.

I had my mom at Redwood, then took her to Florida, to place her there, where her sister lives. I have been taking care of her since 2013, when my father past. We moved from the state of New Jersey, to Michigan, we have family there. Recently my own health has really become a problem. I finally had to make the decision to place my mom on a permanent bases. Redwood Manor, the ladies are very kind and sweet to their residents. My mom is so use to me taking care of her, but Redwood is not a nursing home, they have created a very warm and kind environment. The residents feel like they are living in someone's home. All I can say is I now feel confident that I made the right decision to place her back there. She is happy there and the personal are very sweet and caring to her. Thank you, Redwood Manor, for making my mom so comfortable.

If you are looking for someplace for your Mom or Dad Redwood is a wonderful place. My Mom recently became unable to live on her own. She had dementia in August she fell ill went into the hospital and couldn't remain home. She went to a nursing home where the care was great but it wasn't home Mom hated it she gave them a really time. I had to find someplace she could be happy it was breaking my heart to see her so unhappy. My prayers were answered I found Redwood. I talked to Faye and went to look at it and was met by two wonderful ladies that were caring for the residents. We took Mom there she was scared it was strange when I went back the next day we took donuts for everyone Mom finally ate! In her own words I'm as happy as a lark. The employees were fantastic they loved Mom right away Mom was a handful up all night not always nice but they were. Her time there was short they were great to her and us to the end. They gave us privacy offered us food drinks made coffee tea anything we needed. They were so kind they hugged us and let us know they truly Loved Mom. My only regret was the stay was to short. I told them and I truly believe they were my Angels. I would definitely take my loved one back again. I CAN'T THANK YOU GUYS ENOUGH I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU. YOU ARE ALL SPECIAL IN SOME WAY. GOD BLESS MOMMA'S ANGELS AND THANKS AGAIN
