I would leave a negative 10 if I could. I had a complete meltdown when Pacific Home health was treating my 88 year old husband, a home hospice patient and abandoned him with no notice, They got me to agree to transitioning him from hospice to their home health program instead and literally minutes after my doctor approved the transition, they left a vm msg stating he is not covered for home health and cannot revert back to hospice as he miraculously healed, which is not the case. When I called them to seek assistance, they offered none. I was ambushed into signing a discharge for a covered service under the assurance that their home health program is more inline with his needs and the transition would be "SEAMLESS". I was left with no help or direction. They also left a catheter in him. Literally abandoned. I started calling other providers, one of which informed me that this is a regular occurrence with them and it had nothing to do with his condition. She said "That's what they do when they are over-allocated". I would strongly discourage using Pacific home health.

They wouldn't explain why they wouldn't bill my fathers insurance after the insurance company said they can. Call to get more details and was yelled at and hung up on cuz the lady didn't like my tone. Then they blocked my calls. My dad is in desperate need of home health but they could care less. Horrible horrible horrible place don't let these people near ur loved ones. I'm filling a complaint with Medicare and the BB.
