If you stumble in to the ER in acute distress due to a known medical condition that they have treated numerous times and advise them that you need assistence getting your toddler out of their car seat due to the disability you are currently suffering from, not only will they not help, they will stop you from asking a bystandard for help, and they will call DCFS on you and file a frivolous report. Which will of course be unfounded since apparently this hospital has a reputation with DCFS for being less than worthy of a 1 star review. It is unfortunate I have to drive even further away while in agony since I don't have the luxury of taking survival flight since I have a toddler in tow and have to push myself to drive unsafely to an even further away ER to avoid being punished for asking for help when I have a breakthrough flair up. Oh and they'll ignore the fact that you asked for help multiple times and put in your MEDICAL records that they called CPS and call your child dirty for having peed during the 45 minute drive in, during which time you were agonizingly in extreme pain due to a known chronic illness that has been well documented. Oh and if you try to call ahead to ask them to meet you at the door due to your circumstance, the extension to the ER won't go through and if you call back a second time your number will get flagged as spam and you won't be allowed to even get an operator. Unfortunately, Google won't let me rate any lower than a 1 star.
