OHR has been amazing for my family member! All the staff, nurses, and care team people are exceptional and friendly - they always have smiling faces and greet you every time they see you. They have all gone above and beyond to take care of her needs, and respect her dignity and wellbeing. The residents seem happy and cared for. The activities director is wonderful, and there are always fun activities for everyone to participate and enjoy. The entire facility is clean and smells clean! The interim Director, Rudy, and the interim admissions manager, Rebecca, are both incredibly helpful, kind, and show families and residents respect. This is my 2nd immediate family member to be a resident in the past 5 years and I happily recommend to other families.
