Great therapy team, but horrible nursing team. They say their policy is not to check catheters and G tube. Was not checked for the 12 days he was there. He was hospitalized and sent further down south.

I’m so happy that my mom is being cared for at Optalis! The entire staff is amazing! I can go home and Know that she’s being treated with respect, love, and compassion! She got moved into a new room today and the whole staff helped. When I left she had the biggest smile on her face, I almost cried ☺️ A great big Thank you to everyone!!

Optalis has done a wonderful job in caring for my father after suffering from multiple health conditions. The staff truly care for him and treat him like family. They provide updates regularly and treat his visitors with kindness and respect. Our family has been blessed to have such wonderful people nursing him back to health. I am extremely grateful for the care my dad receives at Optalis. From the moment he arrived, the staff has treated him with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. The nurses and caregivers are attentive, compassionate, and always willing to take the time to make sure his needs are met and that he feels comfortable and valued. Communication with our family has been clear and reassuring, which means so much during a challenging time. They make me feel welcomed when I visit and make sure to give me updates on his progress. Knowing that my dad is in a place where he is cared for with dignity and compassion gives me great peace of mind. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication of everyone here and would confidently recommend this nursing home to other families looking for quality care for their loved ones.

Extremely happy with the care my husband is receiving. Everyone from Dawn in Admissions (who was incredible) to administration (who is a big help with transportation and help maneuver the transition coming to a home nursing home)/finance/laundry/activities/ PT/Food Service/Social Service were very helpful through the transition and daily needs. Laundry has a quick turn-around, Activities arranges help for the resident to reach the area of the activity, the Food is great-nice variety and very tasty, PT really cares about the progress of the resident – they went out of their way to address and help my husband’s special needs. Social service is always friendly and helpful. The nursing staff/CNA’s always take the time to make sure the resident feels special and try to accommodate their needs. I highly recommend this nursing home.
