I would like to give thanks to Jennifer in the east wing memory care. It's very hard to find the compassion and caring she has in this day and age. Had a meeting there this afternoon and I've never met such nice people. Their taking great care of my uncle and the meeting I had with Christina and Shawn was very pleasant. We discussed his care plan and they said they would walk me through the process of everything so I'm pleased with this facility

What an excellent facility! My mother is long-term, and the staff have been wonderful with her healthcare. I live in Columbus, Ohio, and I feel comfortable knowing she is in excellent hands! The facility is immaculate, and the food is palatable. Thank you Omni Manor!

My dad has been at Omni for 6 months. The place is always clean, the staff is kind and considerate to the patients, visitors, and each other. The work is very hard with little financial benefits, but the staff have passion for their work. It hurts my heart to no longer be able to take care of my 87 year old dad at home, but when I visit him at Omni Manor know he is in excellent care.

We have our sister that has MS at Windsor House. The facility is very nice. She's has a great roommate. When she comes out of her room, she's near a nurses' station. The staff and social worker are great. They have transportation and do a great job getting her for medical appointments.
