They ACTUALLY don’t deserve no stars. The STAFF there will let your loved ones sit in their pee & poop the whole day or when their reliever is there to clock in. Unprofessional & and just trifling staff. Yeah DO BETTER. If you send them there, you’re setting up your loved ones up for a death sentence. I’ve experienced first hand.

I had a family member stay here for a few weeks. Great staff, so attentive. Clean facilities. The rehab worked great. I’m so grateful; can’t say enough about this place!!! I never write reviews for things but I had to go out of my way to show some appreciation.

Recently a family member was housed at this facility. The staff was always available, responsive, and willing to meet with us as a family and answer any questions. The nursing staff received phone calls and shared information about our loved one's condition as was permissible. As none of the family lives in California, this was most important. The level of engagement was the same when we were visiting our loved one in person. Special shout outs to SW Rachel, Chris, and the PT team who worked miracles in our loved ones recovery! Yes, I would recommend this facility.

I’ve been an inmate here for 3.5 months. Ms. Cannon is correct in her review, though it doesn’t cover the extent of the neglect, abuse and the corruption that must be behind it. A long list would not be enough to delineate this mess. In fact, it is too depressing to ponder. I am actively considering suicide. I will attach photos of the “food” and of blockages that make this place a deathtrap. Do not send a loved one here.
