I recently visited The Oaks to gather information regarding a relative. Ron was able to assist me with any and all questions. He did not sugar coat anything and told me exactly what I needed to know, good and not so good with regards to qualifications and costs. Ron was incredible, an absolute gentleman and a world of information. He even gave me information of facilities and connections that would be able to help my sister if necessary Ron, many thanks for your incredible assistance and advice. If the situation warranted, The Oaks looks like a place I would be proud to have my sister in.

Debra was a delightful tour guide. It was obvious that she was very popular with the residents. Each resident I talked to said that I would love it there. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the garden outside the dining room is gorgeous. A fountain and tables with umbrellas where you could eat outside. There is another area they call the dog park I think. Nice with trees and paved pathways. The Oaks at Nipomo seems quite homey and relaxed.

At 77… I’m one of the fairly younger residents. However, the activities, the assistance services, the food, the great plaza and rooms for events are amazing. Very up to date decor. Best part is the staffing of talented and dedicated employees. I’m in a wheelchair but training with PT toward walking. I’m glad to be part of the community at the Oaks. This is my younger sis in my apartment playing Hawaiian music. I lived in Hawaii 12 years, aloha.

Recently, I visited The Oaks to see if the facility would be a good living option for my mother. I was assigned to Debbie Benitez to show me the facility and provide information on how transitioning my mother to a care home would work. Once inside The Oaks, I was very impressed with the entryway, the dining area, the living rooms, the theater, and most of all the private rooms. The facility is beautiful. Every person I met from those that work in the facility to the residents were wonderful and happy to be there. Quite remarkable. I will soon be back there with my mother to have lunch and talk again with Debbie about transitioning my mother from my home to The Oaks. A wonderful experience!

We just moved my father in law to the Oaks assisted living in Nipomo. Debra Benitez, the Community Relations Director, was wonderful in coordinating his move in and the smooth transition from his skilled nursing facility. Debra made this all happen in less than two weeks and he is now receiving the needed care he needs from all of the wonderful staff. His mobility has improved greatly since he moved in and we are so thankful for all of the staff assisting him and helping him to regain his strength and mobility. The interior of the Oaks is very modern and decorated very nicely and the exterior has beautiful gardens and well maintained and landscaped grounds which makes it nice for all of the residents and visitors.
