My experience has been very positive with this facility. The care my stepfather received was professional and loving. I appreciate the quality of nursing care he received, and also I appreciate the staff who work together to make this place feel like a home. I know all places have their good and bad qualities, but I feel the staff here are truly making a difference in the lives of the individuals they serve.

The people who work here really care. They have good team work. As a family member who has had a loved one at other facilities. This one has a great overall experience. From admission to long term care. The therapy team is competent. The lobby is warm and inviting and someone always greets you. The activities team is AMAZING and got my isolated family member socializing and doing more activities than she has done in decades. The psych provider is knowledgeable. The nursing staff is responsive and calls me with changes and important information. The social work staff helps me navigate any problems and questions that arise. The aids and house keeping are always working very hard. This place has gone through many changes in the past few years and has improved since the last time I had a family member in the facility. There is always good parking and they put effort into decorating for holidays. I’m very grateful for these people. I would love to see the facility have more staff but I can tell that are doing the best they can. I recommend you call admissions and set up a tour if your considering a placement for a loved on.

My Mother was in ONRC and She received the care she needed with compassion and respect. I had to deal with everyone there from admissions to the cleaning staff and they all were respectful and professional all the time. All her needs were met with professional and compassionate care. I want to thank all the Nurses and CNA's that took care of my Mother and made her last few months with us comfortable and pain free. They say God puts certain people in your life at times of need and he definitely did for my Mother at her time of need. They all were definitely her Angel's in her time of need. Anyone looking for a place for a loved one definitely can't go wrong here.

I would NOT recommend this place for anyone. My mom is there. I agree with the other review that they do not take very good care of the residents. Mom gets A shower once a week. They are short staffed I was told so I ask how many times a week they shower? My mom deserves the same. The food is inedible. These are older people with no teeth so they are served Brussels sprouts that you can’t cut they are so hard. Meat that’s cooked beyond recognition. I sat and waited for housekeeping to clean the bathroom. No one came. No housekeeping after 2pm. There was poop and trash everywhere. Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures they posted of the facility. It’s a lie. The staff isn’t the nicest people. If you don’t like your job go somewhere else
