We were VERY pleased with Oak Park Place Baraboo--So thankful for the care our mom received. The people there became like family to us and to our mother.<br>When it was time for mom to move to Memory Care we visited numerous places. When we walked into Oak Park Place we knew it was right for her. There were so many staff members working, helping, and available in the memory care unit, which was unusual compared to other facilities. We were blessed by how the staff cared for our precious mother when we could no longer do it. Our family was confident that mom was safe, comfortable and treated respectfully. When questions or concerns arose, we brought them to the attention of the staff, and they were addressed. We highly recommend Oak Park in Baraboo. Sidenote: Be sure to check in with your mom frequently/daily throughout her stay, so concerns or changes can be addressed. No facility is perfect, but if they are humble, willing to listen, accountable, and address needs, then you have quality care. We highly recommend Oak Park Place Baraboo Memory Care.

I love it here, I moved into Assisted Living in February of 2026 and then moved to Independent Living a few months later. It's peaceful and there's a lot of activities for residents to partake in. The staff is super friendly and the facility is very clean and homey! I would highly recommend if looking for senior living!!
