This Place is Very Old With Horrible Sites of mildew or mold on the entire top of the roof, it should be torn down, if it looks like that on the outside I can imagine how it is on the inside, and there's constant construction work going on Disturbing the Surrounding Neighborhoods Sun up and Sun Down, UNACCEPTABLE!!!

My son is at Windsor Convalescent center. The staff is respectful and knowledgeable about their responsibilities towards the patient and their families. They have done everything we have asked them to do with kindness and compassion. I really appreciate all of the staff there.

Today I was out shopping my mobility scooter was running low in charge I asked the receptionist and some young Asian dude she pulled out of a side office both told me they couldn't allow me to plug it in for just a few minutes so I could get home a few blocks away. I'm 60 they were both like no you can't plug it in even for a few minutes. How rude I feel sorry for the people who live there! No compassion for an elderly disabled person. At all...if you're family is there remove them it's not a compassionate place to leave anyone at the mercy of them . This dude literally stood in front of me to block me from turning around...I told him I have to turn around he held the door for me ...I said on my way out I feel sorry for the people under your care and I left..luckilyim caught a bus across the street n made it home! No thanks to this convelesent home. I highly suggest reporting them to the health department and your insurance, the reviews are horrible

I would give this place zero stars if i could. Its horrible. Its in disrepair, i parked in the back and saw the backs shredded curtains, broken taped windows, broken screens. The “patio” where i visited my aunt was peeling red concrete, bo plants very few tables and chairs, tables that have a hole for umbrellas, no umbrellas, trash on yhe ground. Her nose began to run and went in the dining room and the staff was just on her phone wouldn't help me find a tissue or anything. The paper dispenser i finally found, empty. I finally asked a kitchen staff for a napkin. The TV area has nothing but a big concrete room. The photos on their website are phony. My aunt is in a three to a room and one lady was always stealing her things. This place is depressing, and horrible. I want her out asap. They made sure the lobby looks good though, that’s it. Terrible.

My mom’s diaper is changed only twice a day! Seriously! Even after I complained. Last night, her diaper was stuck to her bottom. No wonder why she had been saying her butt hurt. Just because she cannot speak up for herself, does not mean she is not miserable. The day before, the lady in the bed next to her was not even fed her dinner! When I told a couple of people, all I received in comment was a shrug of the shoulders. This is never acceptable. While some of the workers are very nice, it seems they should have more people checking the patients.
