NorthBrook Heights is an incredible place! I'm so grateful for the exceptional care my 97-year-old grandmother received during her stay. Initially unsure about being in an assisted living facility, she quickly felt at home thanks to the compassionate administrators and staff. They took the time to engage with her, encouraging her to join activities and listen to her stories, which brought her so much joy. Their dedication and compassion made a significant difference in her life, and for that, I cannot thank you enough. When my grandmother had an accident and needed to go to the hospital, the staff kept me updated while I was on vacation, showing true dedication and care. Their attention to her well-being reassured us immensely. Thank you to everyone at NorthBrook Heights for making such a positive impact on her life! Highly recommend this nurturing environment!

The new management here have worked their magic! Fantastic team that really cares. The staff and management have been very courteous and helpful. My father is in this facility and they have worked so hard to accommodate his special needs. They really care about all the residents. All the staff work hard to take great care of the residents and show kindness, compassion, and respect. The intake and move in process was a dream. They work with you along the way and help make a daunting task bearable. Thank you Northbrook!

I just want to say what a wonderful place Northbrook is they are taking awesome care of my brother who has dementia. They truly care about the patients there and go out of their way to help him in every way. I know that he is safe there. A big hug to the staff B Bethany and Tammy are angels 😇 🙏🙏
