My dad has been living here for a while now, and we couldn’t be happier. DeAnna is fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and on top of things. She makes sure the building is well-kept and that everyone feels comfortable. My dad really enjoys the community and all the little touches that make it feel like home. DeAnna really goes above and beyond for the residents, and it shows. Highly recommend!

My grandma lives here and the front office is amazing they always answer emergency calls and respond on time 10/10 recommend.

My mother-in-law lived in these apartments for 15 yrs. She lived upstairs and those stairs are dangerous for elderly. She got cancer and subsequently had to move into our house on hospice. I notified the office giving 30 day notice, took everything out of the apartment and cleaned everything. To my surprise they took the deposit to replace trim and light cleaning. However, the trim was MDF (we took pictures) and should be replaced for new tenants but it shouldn't come out of deposit. My husband asked the manager about it and said did you replace carpet, flooring, cabinets, etc because they were all old and trashy material. She said they replaced carpet but used same baseboards. So the crew that came in and made a mess we had to pay for their clean-up. Cynthia in the office is horrible and a liar. This place is trashy for the amount of rent required.

Cynthia is a rude and awful mannered lady. I am in the same business as her and I would never conduct myself the way she does. She is unprofessional and I would never do business with her or this company. By the way the company that owns that property is questionable and just as shady. They don’t return calls or emails and are extremely unpolished. I wouldn’t work for this company let alone trust them to rent to anyone that I love. Shame on you Cynthia for being such an awful lady! They should hire someone else to be the manager and maybe their yelp rating would go up!

I called Cynthia and inquired about my mother's rental application and deposit. She was very polite, professional and answered all of my questions. I can see how some might find her abrasive as she was stern and no non-sense and I'm convinced she would not cater to lazy, or "un-together" individuals. I've never met her or rented from her but my experience on the phone was A+.
