My mother said if she can't be at home that Nightengale was the place to be. The faculty and staff of the facility treat you like family. They are all excellent and exceptional. The therapist, the nurses, the CNAs really all care about you and go above and beyond. The dietician cares what each individual likes and strives to provide they like as well as what they need. The housekeeping staff and maintenance work very hard to keep the facility clean and comfortable. We are beyond happy to have Mama at home with us, but she said if she ever needs placed into a facility again in the future that Nightengale would be her choice. Thank you all again for taking care of my mama when I couldn't.

Just have to share what a wonderful place this is. Our mom was loved on & spoiled by everyone there(mind you she was a handful). She felt like she had gained an extra family with the staff & other residence. I couldn't ask for better care for mom while she was there. It's scary turning your mom over to the care of someone else but I will gladly tell everyone how easy y'all made it. Patiently answering all my questions at the beginning was priceless! Thank you doesn't seem enough but a huuuge THANK YOU to each and everyone at Nightingale on Waterwell!
