If it wasn't For Shane (Male Nurse) I would have given them a 5 star rating. The other Staff members are great to deal with, but Shane came into My household and caused a tremendous amount of Stress, Friction and put the idea into my Dad's mind that He (my dad) can't do for him self, but the Physical therapist said there is no reason why He (my dad) could do what ever he (my dad) wanted to do in moderation. If You use them do not let Shane into your home. He will cause You and Your family more grief and verbal fights among the family members. Call in and request someone else. Please do your self a huge favor do not let Him into your home if you value peace and quiet in your home.
