If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible care. My dad lives there but is being moved somewhere else. I went to visit twice and both times there was urine stains on his sheets and a smeer of fecal matter on his chair. Instead of cleaning it or changing his sheets they placed a pad over it. He also had a terrible cough to the point where he was wheezing and couldnt catch his breath. I was extremely concerned and no nurse ever came in to help him. They said "we are waiting for you to leave the facility before we do it". What?!?!? He also had escaped the facility and ended up on a main road. Crazy part is... this place has alarms that go off if a patient is near the elevator or doors. How did they miss this?! Ridiculous!! The place is outdated and filthy and staff couldn't be more unprofessional.

Excellent staff and a wonderful facility! My Mother was a resident there for several weeks until she passed. The staff took wonderful care of her. They were always attentive and interacted with her. The facility was immaculately clean and always felt warm and caring. They gave the family piece of mind that she was well taken care of.

My grandfather has been living here for close to a year now. On multiple occasions family has went to visit and his teeth, and hearing aids have not been put in at ALL. Not sure how he ate breakfast at all...and even though his hearing isn't very good that is beyond the point as he can't hear anything without them. His pants have been up to his chest and sideways where he couldn't even move. This is ridiculous and if I had the choice he would be at home and not here at ALL!!! TJIS IS WHAT THIS PLACE IS BEING PAID TO DO IS ASSIST AND TAKE CARE OF HIS BASIC NEEDS, AND THEY HAVE FAILED MULTIPLE TIMES ON THE VERY SMALL BUT MECESSARY NEEDS!
