Good service as long as your doctor is in. 9 out of 10 times either your doctor is gone for the day or never showed up in the first place. Not very good for doctor patient relationships in my opinion. Small town rural living i guess, could always get out of here and move to a bigger city and have doctors who actually want to show up and show sincere concern and knowledge that you could probably feel a little better about. Sad honestly wish it were different, I've lived in ND since 2017 and have probably had to change my PCP atleast 5-10 times! And I've asked for my medical records many weeks ago and still have yet to receive even a call or text as to why I haven't received what I requested and was told would be completed in days not months and also was told free of charge, at this point I'd rather print it all out myself and pay for the ink Lol. Rule number one I guess - if you want something done right just do it yourself!
