I had an excellent experience with this post-acute skilled nursing facility while my relative was recovering, and I can confidently give it five stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated genuine compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. The nursing team was not only highly skilled but also consistently patient and responsive, making sure my relative was comfortable and well cared for at all times. The rehabilitation services were outstanding. Therapists were knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping patients regain strength and independence. Communication was another major highlight—staff kept our family informed, answered questions clearly, and made us feel involved in the care process.

I can't say enough great things about this post-acute facility and the incredible team that works there. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel welcomed and cared for. The nursing team is attentive, compassionate, and highly skilled. They take the time to listen to concerns, explain treatment clearly and respond quickly. The rehab therapist are in my opinion the most outstanding - knowledgeable, encouraging and truly dedicated to helping patients regain strength and independence. You can tell they genuinely care about each person's progress and celebrate every milestone, no matter how small.

Our family had a wonderful experience at Napa Post Acute. My relative was there for rehab and the staff were caring, patient, and kind every step of the way. The place was clean and comfortable, which made a big difference for both our loved one and the rest of the family. Very grateful for the excellent care. Would highly recommend.

I want to give a huge thank you to the wound care team and the Napa Post Acute Care Nursing Facility team for the incredible care they’ve provided to my mom. Everyone has been professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to her healing and well-being. A very special thank you to Rose—she has treated my mom so wonderfully and has done an absolutely amazing job. Rose is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable and well cared for. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients, and that means more than words can express. We are extremely grateful for the outstanding care and support my mom has received.
