My Aftercare Specialist, Natalie has been amazing! She's been great about communicating updates on her end of what she has or has not been able to take care in managing my father's estate following his death. I definitely am thankful for having this added support on top of the amazing care and support we received from Signature Home Health and Hospice during the last Six Months of my father's life. Definitely recommend this company as it's smaller and newer so they have the capacity for one-on-one care with the families that they choose to serve.

Signature never promised they would make my husbands' pain go away and stay away. However, they did say that they would help us to manage his pain. It was such a relief to see my husband's pain managed and to have the backup from the nurse that came to our home. It was such a burden off our shoulders to have nurses and bath aides come to our home. They also had medical equipment (wheelchair, bed pads, depends, bed alarm, etc.) and medicine delivered to our door. This was so awesome to be served in this way. We had such good treatment that I wanted to do the best I could to help them with their job. I kept good charts to show what medicine I gave my husband, including when and how much was left. At least this helped the nurse with her job. How can I thank them more? May God bless everyone working with Signature Hospice.

Signature's hospice staff looked after my husband's mom, allowing her to continue residence at the memory care facility in familiar surroundings. Both CeCe and Nicole attended to her every need; providing our family with clear, concise details of her condition. Both were willing to set their schedules to allow my husband and I to be in attendance when they were visiting Mom. They kept a close eye on her physical condition and appropriate pain medication, communicating with medical staff and facility staff, when needed. We cannot speak more highly about the care Mom received while under the care of Signature Hospice. I know there is an entire staff behind the scenes supporting CeCe and Nicole. Thank you all for being there for the family members; but more importantly, thank you for being there for Mom.

I love Mark and the Signature team! I have used them professionally several times. Their home Health does a fantastic job! I also love their housecall service it is so convenient! I love that my senior patients can see a provider in the comfort and safety of their own home. Their provider is so sweet and its clear she genuinely cares.

So nice to have expert advice on loved ones care. I have had a excellent hospice nurse care for my mom. She is very attentive, patient and kind full of great educational experience and helped me and my family understand the transitioning process. Thank you to our hospice nurse❤️
