Excellent rehabilitation hospital in downtown Hato Rey. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and very private. The professionals in administration, medicine, therapy, kitchen, service, nursing, and cleaning are a dedicated, patient, and very compassionate team; always focused on helping the patient. Thank you!

I was supposed to leave a review last year but I forgot. Now for the second time, my mom stays here and I definitely can't forget again. Where do I start. My mom was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome back in September 2024, so she needed physical therapy...they talked to us about Multy- Medical. We were hesitant because we never heard of it before, but we decided to give it a try. OH MY! We have been BLESSED! My mom calss this place the hotel 😂 because its very clean and they pamper you so much! The professionals there are just AMAZING, the nurses, the therapists, the chef. Your love done will be treated with a lot of LOVE, dignity and respect. My mom is extremely picky to eat, she would NEVER EVER eat in a hospital. Here, chef Castro( the most caring and skilled chef ever) went to my mom's room to find out what she likes to eat. Every morning Luis,with the biggest smile and always singing, will bring my mom's breakfast, tailored to her liking. If you are Puerto Rican, even if you're not... you are gonna love the food. Is REALLY GOOD! Shout-out to Rocherly, one of the cooks. The physical therapists Gabriel, Yafer, Ani, Marcos, and there are other names I forgot but theyre all very nice. And helped my mom a lot. There are different therapies( physical and occupational where Miss Janet always made my mom feel optimistic and good. Fast Forward, mom had a knee replacement in January 2025 and guess where she wanted to get physical therapy? Lol Back to Multy- Medical. This is the moment of truth...when I'm going to find out if the place is really good or it was just a one time good experience. Nope. The quality of the service remains intact. This time mom was in a lot of pain. Dr Sein was always visiting my mo's room and making sure everything was good. Camile was keeping her wounds cleaned and nice. RN Rodriguez went beyond our expectations. He was always making sure my mom was comfortable, always on time with her medication. ALWAYS with a good atiitude! I can't thank him enough. Simply the BEST! Also at night, the CNA always came to check my mom, Yolanda was very attentive. I don't remember other names but theyre well all very very good. Again the Chef Castro spoiled my mom with the food lol. Even though he was on vacation he gave instructions for my mom's food. If that's not giving the mega extra mile idk what is... After all this paragraph what I'm saying is... if you have a loved one that need rehabilitation and you don't know where to go... MULTY-MEDICAL is the place. Don't look somewhere else. This is it. If you want to have peace of mind, if you want your loved one experience simply the best care. This is the place. Thank you MULTY-MEDICAL. From the bottom of my heart!

My father arrived there after a stroke. The staff was extremely friendly to me and to my father. Dr Sein went above and beyond helping me. I would recommend this location to anyone needing rehabilitation. It was clean and well attended. The food was good for hospital food.
